making cards

OK so my mom has been making homemade cards and they have been turning out so cute! AND i found a really cute card kit at our scrapbook store that I had to try out and now i think i may be addicted. NO more buying cards anymore...here are the ones i made from my first kit--the kit is by Basic Gray...if you happen to get one of these cards in the mail, pretend like you've never seen them before :)

calendar pages

A few months back while shopping at a scrapbook store, i found these awesome calendar pages. i wondered what i would do with them and then got an aha moment! i am filling in the calendars of things that the boys do throughout the month...little things like playdates, birthday parties, school events and even just "hanging out with mommy"...then when i put together their albums i will put the calendar page in at the beginning of the month before scrapbook pages of things they did that month. it has been kind of hard to keep up with the calendars, but i'm trying hard! i like how they have turned out so far!
